📢 SILVA GROUP – NEW CONSENT FORM POLICY
Hello everyone,
We are introducing a new consent form process for all Silva Group events, collaborations, photoshoots, networking sessions, and creative projects.
From now on, every member must complete and sign the Silva Group Consent Form as soon as they are added to the group chat.
What you need to do:
✅ Download the consent form image.
✅ Complete all required information.
✅ Sign the form.
✅ Upload the completed form back into the group chat.
OR
✅ Send the completed form directly to a Silva Group team member if you do not feel comfortable sharing your personal information in the group chat.
This process helps us:
• Keep accurate records of all participants.
• Ensure everyone understands the event rules and expectations.
• Confirm modelling levels and participation preferences.
• Keep track of event fees and policies.
• Maintain a professional and organised environment.
• Ensure everyone has read and agreed to the No-Show Policy and participation terms.
Event Contributions
Please note that participation in certain Silva Group events, collaborations, networking sessions, and summer projects may require a small contribution fee. These fees will always be communicated in advance and may include amounts such as:
• £2.30
• £2.50
• £3.50
These contributions help support event organisation, administration, venues, equipment, and other event-related costs.
No-Show Policy
The £10.50 No-Show Fee Policy remains in effect for confirmed bookings where a participant fails to attend without providing reasonable notice beforehand.
Important
By submitting your signed consent form, you confirm that you have:
✔ Read and understood the Silva Group Participation Agreement.
✔ Accepted the relevant event policies and participation terms.
✔ Confirmed your selected modelling levels and participation preferences.
✔ Agreed to the No-Show Policy where applicable.
