Silva Group Rules

Welcome to Silva Group! Our goal is to create a safe, friendly, and enjoyable environment where everyone can have fun. To help everything run smoothly, please follow these rules:

Group Rules

We apologise if you have not seen these rules before. They were previously available on our page.

1. Consent Forms

All participants must sign a consent form. We are required to comply with applicable laws regarding photography and image usage. Our consent forms are regularly reviewed and updated by legal professionals.

2. Publishing Rights

We reserve the right to publish content created at our events.

3. Photographer Rights

Photographers retain the rights to their photographs unless otherwise agreed.

4. Respectful Behaviour

Bullying, harassment, abusive behaviour, or intentionally pushing people to their breaking point will not be tolerated.

5. Appropriate Content

We will only publish content that is appropriate and complies with social media platform regulations.

6. Behind-the-Scenes Content

Behind-the-scenes photos and videos will be taken at our events.

7. Age Requirement

All attendees must be 18 years of age or older.

8. Children

Children are generally not permitted. Exceptions may be considered in special circumstances if no childcare is available and arrangements are discussed with us in advance.

9. Communication

Good communication is essential and demonstrates professionalism.

10. No-Shows

Anyone who fails to attend without notice may be recorded as a no-show.

11. Support

We are here to support our members in their modelling, photography, and personal development journeys.

12. Support Groups

We provide access to supportive communities for both photographers and models.

13. Body Shaming

Body shaming of any kind is not permitted.

14. Event Fees

Some events require payment. Where applicable, fees must be paid when you are added to the event page. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.

15. Props and Clothing

Some events may include props and clothing provided by organisers.

16. Community Values

We look after one another and aim to maintain a welcoming, family-like environment.

17. Inappropriate Behaviour

Any photographer or model displaying inappropriate, predatory, or creepy behaviour will be removed and blocked from future events.

18. Discrimination

Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

19. Fair Treatment

We do not allow favouritism.

20. Modelling Boundaries

This is a safe environment for models to develop their skills. No model should be pressured into working at a level they are uncomfortable with. Anyone who attempts to do so may be blacklisted.

21. Complaints

Complaints from photographers or models will be taken seriously and investigated appropriately.

22. Feedback

Constructive feedback is always welcome.

23. Accessibility and Disabilities

Many attendees have disabilities or additional needs. We will provide relevant information regarding accessibility, walking distances, and any other important considerations whenever possible.

24. Diversity and Languages

Our members come from many different countries and backgrounds and may speak a variety of languages.

25. Racism

Racism is strictly prohibited in any form.

26. Event Information

If you require further information about an event, please contact an administrator or message the page.

27. Event Reminders

We do not provide individual reminders for events. Please ensure you record event dates in your calendar.

28. Withdrawal of Consent

If a model wishes to withdraw consent regarding image use, we may be able to compromise by cropping or obscuring identifying features. However, publishing rights granted through the consent form remain in effect unless otherwise required by law. If a photographer requests removal of their content, we will review the request and act where appropriate.

29. Special Arrangements

Any requests for compromises or special arrangements must be discussed with an administrator in advance rather than at the last minute.

30. Low-Income Support

If you are from a low-income household and are unable to pay an event fee, please contact an administrator privately to discuss available support.

31. Attendance Records

We maintain both a blocked list and a no-show list.

32. Respect Other Members

Please do not spoil the experience for others attending our events.

33. Drama and Arguments

Anyone who repeatedly starts arguments, causes drama, or disrupts the community may be removed and blocked from the group.

34. Conduct Outside of Events

If a photographer or model is reported for inappropriate behaviour outside of our events, we may place them on a watchlist. However, if the behaviour did not occur at one of our events, our ability to take action may be limited.

35. Privacy and Image Sharing

Photographers must not share a model’s nude or intimate images with other individuals without that model’s explicit consent. Respect for privacy and confidentiality is essential.

36. Inappropriate Comments

Sexual, inappropriate, offensive, or unwanted comments are not permitted. Such behaviour can make others feel uncomfortable and will not be tolerated.

37. Enjoy Yourself

Be yourself, enjoy the banter, and have fun. Never be ashamed of your work—be proud of your achievements and encourage others to be proud of theirs.

38. Inclusivity

We welcome everyone, including members of the LGBT+ community and the transgender community.

39. Publications

We may submit photographs from events for publication in magazines and other media and will endeavour to credit or tag participants where appropriate.

40. Credits and Tagging

When publishing images taken at our events, please tag the model(s), photographer(s), and the group whenever possible.
